Application Scenarios
Circulating water sewage treatment system
Disposal process of circulating water in a power plant (35m ³/h)
Turbidity removal system for high turbidity water purification before membrane
The auxiliary process system includes dosing system, mud discharge system and backwashing system.
Pre-membrane Hardening Removal System
In the second stage, the mine water, domestic sewage and tailings reservoir water are treated. The mine water, domestic sewage and tailings reservoir water are pumped to the backwater tank, and then pumped to the HDCY integrated multi-effect clarification system for pretreatment. After pretreatment, the clean water enters the reverse osmosis system, and the clean water is discharged after being treated by the reverse osmosis system.
Pre-membrane depth fluoride removal system
The factory is located in Binzhou City, Shandong Province. At present, the concentration of fluoride before disposal is generally about 50-80mg/L for rain, sewage discharge, desulfurization and other wastewater in the factory area, and the original fluoride emission index is 30mg/L.
Coal mine drainage water treatment system
The water supply source of a project in Shanxi adopts the dredged water (high turbidity and low turbidity) from a coal mine in Yuanping. The main processes of the existing water purification station treatment system are two mechanical accelerated clarifiers, two integrated devices and three air scrubbing filters. The auxiliary process system includes dosing system, mud discharge system and backwashing system.
Metal mine well gushing water treatment system
After the tailings slurry produced by the matching concentrator of the mine settles naturally through the tailings pond, part of the upper clear water is returned to the concentrator for recycling and part is discharged. Because the mine is adjacent to Ganjiangyuan Nature Reserve and Doushui Lake water source, the drainage water quality outside the concentrator must meet the lead and zinc pollutant discharge standards (GB25466-2010) before being discharged.
