Deep Thallium Removal System for Industrial Wastewater

Advanced fluoride removal system for industrial wastewater
The factory is located in Binzhou City, Shandong Province. At present, the concentration of fluoride before disposal is generally about 50-80mg/L for rain, sewage discharge, desulfurization and other wastewater in the factory area, and the original fluoride emission index is 30mg/L.
High efficiency/deep cone thickener
The tailings in the production workshop of an iron ore dressing plant in Liaoning were designed to be discharged to the tailings pond in the early stage. The tailings volume in the dressing plant is 1000TPH (dry basis). As the storage capacity of the tailings pond is gradually full, in order to realize the comprehensive utilization of tailings water to the greatest extent and reduce the storage capacity pressure of the tailings pond, the dry discharge process of cyclone dewatering screen thickener filter press is proposed to be adopted.
The whole tailings cemented filling system project of a lead-zinc mine in Guangdong Province was undertaken by Huade Venture. Huade Venture was responsible for the preliminary tests (dense test, cemented material proportioning test, pipeline transportation test, etc.), equipment supply, civil construction, equipment installation and system joint adjustment of the project. The project was put into operation at the end of August 2019 and has been in stable operation for 5 years.
This project is a raw coal pretreatment crusher transformation project in Shaanxi, which is an important link in the normal production of the whole plant.
