Project Background

The water supply source of a project in Shanxi adopts the dredged water (high turbidity and low turbidity) from a coal mine in Yuanping. The main processes of the existing water purification station treatment system are two mechanical accelerated clarifiers, two integrated devices and three air scrubbing filters. The auxiliary process system includes dosing system, mud discharge system and backwashing system.

 

To achieve the effect

The high-turbidity coal-containing drainage water (suspended solids ≤ 3000 mg/L) in the raw water of the water purification station is lifted by the raw water lift pump and then enters the clarifier or integrated device for coagulation and clarification treatment. The produced water is used for greening, apartment building washing and desulfurization system replenishment. After being lifted by the raw water lift pump, the clean and dry water with low turbidity directly enters the air scrubbing filter tank, and then enters the clean water tank after being filtered. The raw water tank for water supply treatment, the main air conditioner, the front pool of the auxiliary cooling tower, the production water system and the fire pool. This project is mainly aimed at the expansion and transformation of the high-turbidity coal-containing drainage water treatment system, and the low-turbidity clean drainage water treatment system only involves the transformation of the control part.
