HDCY integrated multi-effect clarified effluent meets four types of surface water discharge

Abstract

In the second stage, the mine water, domestic sewage and tailings reservoir water are treated. The mine water, domestic sewage and tailings reservoir water are pumped to the backwater tank, and then pumped to the HDCY integrated multi-effect clarification system for pretreatment. After pretreatment, the clean water enters the reverse osmosis system, and the clean water is discharged after being treated by the reverse osmosis system.

The mine water, domestic sewage and tailings reservoir water are pumped to the backwater tank, and then pumped to the HDCY integrated multi-effect clarification system for pretreatment. After pretreatment, the clean water enters the reverse osmosis system, and after being treated by the reverse osmosis system, the clean water is discharged out. The concentrated water of the reverse osmosis system and the bottom sediment of the HDCY integrated system return system are returned to the tailings reservoir.

The desulfurization system of the original sintering plant is not equipped with desulfurization wastewater treatment system, and the desulfurization wastewater is discharged into the sewage treatment system of the whole plant after comprehensive treatment. Due to the high content of suspended solids, high TDS content and serious excessive heavy metals, the original sewage treatment system of the whole plant has a great impact.
