Raw coal feeding particle size: 0-300mm, density: 0.90 t/m, discharging particle size: 0-80mm, processing capacity: Q = 875 t/h.

The total power of the on-site crusher is 215KW, the actual maximum processing capacity is only 300 t/h, and the material blocking phenomenon often occurs. The equipment cannot meet the requirements of the coal transportation system, so it must be replaced and modified.

 

 

To achieve the effect

After replacing our Shuma crusher, the total power is 74KW far lower than that of the old equipment, which is more energy-saving, with a processing capacity ≥ 875 t/h, meeting customer requirements and no material blocking.
