Abstract
Project Background
The desulfurization wastewater treatment unit of the second phase of the original 1. of a power plant in Tianjin adopts the traditional process of "triple box clarifier". The failure rate of the system equipment is high, and the fluctuation of the effluent water quality brings great pressure to the operation adjustment and equipment maintenance of the zero discharge system of desulfurization wastewater. The operation rate of the zero discharge system of desulfurization wastewater is low.

In 2021, the company commissioned our company to upgrade and transform the original desulfurization wastewater treatment system into HDCY integrated desulfurization wastewater treatment process with a designed treatment capacity of 30 m/h. The specific process is shown in the following figure.

To achieve the effect
After being transformed into HDCY integrated treatment process, the following effects will be produced:
1) Stable operating conditions, strong impact resistance to the fluctuation of suspended solids in the influent, and stable operation can be realized within the range of influent SS 0-100000mg/L;
2) Reduce the type of drug dosing, replace the complex drug system in the original system dosing method with a single drug, and the dosage is only 200~300mg/L, which reduces the cost of the drug, simplifies the process and provides convenience for the actual operation adjustment and production management on site;
3) The effluent quality is stable. After HDCY integrated desulfurization wastewater is treated, the overflow water stably meets the requirements of DL/T997-2006 discharge standard. The precision filter at the end is only used as emergency security equipment for standby;
4) There is no need to configure a separate sludge dewatering system for underflow sludge, and the dewatering is completed by means of a gypsum vacuum belt conveyor, which simplifies the process and improves the reliability of operation.
During the inspection site, the professional and technical personnel of our company led the delegates to visit the HDCY integrated treatment device, the effluent situation of the system, and the operation of the belt conveyor after the bottom flow was fed into the vacuum belt conveyor, and earnestly answered the concerns of the delegates. Everyone gave a high evaluation to the meeting and really felt the corporate culture of our company.
