Mineral Sorting Cyclone Project
Application of Cyclone in a Polymetallic Mine in Yunnan
Abstract
Abstract
The concentrator is the world's largest single-series multi-metal concentrator, the project site is currently operating a total of more than 20 cyclones, respectively, used in coarse grinding system, coarse concentrate re-grinding classification, concentration classification, desulfurization classification, desliming system and other different applications.
Project Background
Through the field test lasting for half a year and the same test of cyclones from many domestic and foreign suppliers, the project finally determines that the classification effect of Matai cyclone is better than that of other brands of cyclones. At the same time, the selection scheme at the beginning of the design is optimized as a whole according to the separation effect of the cyclone, the classification effect parameters of the final cyclone are determined, and the equipment model is re-determined according to the actual classification effect, so as to ensure that all the production of the production of the final production, at the same time, it establishes a standard basis for the formulation of similar process.
