Abstract
Project Background
This project is a raw water and rain drainage treatment project supporting the annual output of 3.6 million tons of special aluminum new materials project, taking into account the supply of raw water for production after the whole plant is put into operation and the treatment and reuse of rainwater during the rainy period, which is an important guarantee for the normal production of the whole plant. The original water treatment equipment shall meet the treatment capacity of 1250 m/h, reducing the turbidity of the influent from 20NTU to below 3NTU; The rainwater and drainage treatment equipment requires a treatment capacity of 1250 m/h, reducing the turbidity of 60NTU to below 3NTU, and ensuring that the treatment equipment can still maintain normal operation when the raw water reaches 150NTU and the rainwater reaches 250NTU under special working conditions (such as rainy days).
Treatment process and characteristics
Beijing Huade Pioneer Environmental Protection Equipment Co., Ltd. undertook the construction of the project in 2023. Considering its large amount of water to be treated, large fluctuations in operating conditions, and strict requirements for absolute reliability and automatic operation of the equipment on site, IAT high-speed microfiltration filter independently developed by Beijing Huade was selected as the core process equipment for water treatment of the project.
IAT high-speed microfiltration filter is a new type of filter developed by Beijing Huade Venture Environmental Protection Equipment Co., Ltd. in 2019, integrating the characteristics of various media filters and independently innovating. The filter uses polymer microfiltration media as the filter medium, and the microporous filtration technology is introduced into the application of the media filter, which realizes high filtration precision and high filtration rate by virtue of its high porosity. According to the characteristics of the filter medium, a unique upflow forced stirring cleaning filter structure is developed, which can improve the cleaning intensity and the renewable performance of the filter material and reduce the amount of backwashing water while ensuring the filtering effect and the water quality of the produced water.
To achieve the effect
After the project was successfully put into operation, it effectively ensured the supply of raw water for production and the safety of drainage during rain period. The stable water quality of the treatment ensured that the high-precision filtration of the effluent reached 3NTU under the condition of 60NTU influent, and the stable operation was still possible when the influent turbidity reached 250NTU;
Its processing capacity has achieved a major breakthrough in the single processing capacity of the media filter. A filter with a diameter of 4.5 meters can achieve an hourly processing capacity of 1250m with a filtration rate of 60-80 m/h;
With the supporting PLC control system, from operation to backwashing sewage, without manual intervention, fully automatic operation;
The daily power consumption of backwashing is only 11KW, realizing high energy-saving operation. At the same time, the daily backwashing water only needs 100m, which saves more than 60% of backwashing water compared with the traditional media filter, and correspondingly reduces the backwashing water discharge by 60%.
The smooth realization of stable production, for the media filter ultra-large flow and high-precision filtration to create a precedent for the application, at the same time, in the green energy conservation and environmental protection and other aspects of a major breakthrough.
