Graduated from Beijing University of Chemical Technology, registered water supply and drainage engineer, first-class constructor, cost engineer, has a number of invention patents, and has presided over the design and construction of EPC projects for desulfurization wastewater treatment in large domestic power plants.

Senior engineer of Tianjin Municipal Engineering Fifth Design and Research Institute, engaged in municipal drainage design industry for 18 years, during which he has presided over dozens of project types, such as sewage treatment, reclaimed water treatment, sludge treatment, water environment treatment, drainage planning and so on.

He graduated from Xi'an Jiaotong University with a master's degree in engineering thermophysics, and his research direction is the research and development of industrial high-concentration wastewater zero discharge technology-wastewater evaporation, sludge thermal hydrolysis/drying process and high-efficiency heat and mass transfer equipment.
